Are you hitting the "Apply" button?
Do this:
1 - grab http://isatools.org/isainfo/isainfo.js
2 - run it on the ISA
3 - respond with the output

First I published the dns server, of course.
Then I got the alert "Action denied, default rule",
so I added the allow rule. I still can not
publish. I must be doing something really
