Client PCs were updated with the ISA 2004 firewall client. The client PCs do not have a gateway set and browsing is through proxy. All went well except for one thing: I had a Protocol rule to allow POP3 for a particular user on ISA 2000 and I re-created it in ISA 2004. In this configuration (which was also the ISA2000 setup), using Outlook Express 6, I manage to download mail using POP3, however (from the same machine) using Outlook 2003 I get an error that I cannot connect to the POP3 server. I have to repeat that Outlook 2003 used to download POP3 when it was still ISA2000. Is there anything different in the way Outlook Express downloads POP3 mail from Outlook 2003?
