Please send the capture; not a text summary.
You can send it offline if you wish.

I have attached network monitor traffic information for the website on a
failing client to this message.

I have stripped out our internal network address information with xxx.

Thanks for your help,

Matthew

Get network captures from a failing client.
You can send them offline and I'll see what they show.
Make sure you clear the IE and Java caches first.

Thanks for info,

We have tried the latest JRE 1.6.1 and I have tried configuring the
proxy settings to use direct connection and use the Firewall client for
both the browser and JAVA, didn't make any difference though.

I also even tried giving a test client complete (unrestricted) access
via the ISA and did not make any difference. I don't understand what's
going on it is definitely the ISA though which is causing the problem.
