ISA 2004 Upgrade

We currently run 2 Windows 2003 servers with ISA 2000
Enterprise edition for web publishing. We are considering
upgrading to ISA 2004 Enterprise edition. I have not looked
at any of the MS docs yet but my question is, is their an
upgrade path from ISA 2000 Enterprise to ISA 2004 Enterprise
that will retain all of my web publishing and rules and
destination sets?
