ISA 2004 EE - NLB

We currently use 2 ISA 2000 Ent. servers which are load balanced with
Windows 2000 NLB. The primary use is as Internet proxy. We are planning
to upgrade to ISA 2004. I know that ISA 2004 std edition does not
support NLB. Does ISA 2004 EE support NLB ? Can I have 2 ISA 2004
servers load balanced and act as a Internet proxy?
