Hi Jim, Thanks for the response. I'm confused, either ISA 2004 has developed a limitation that was not present in ISA 2000 or I am not asking in the right way. If I have an ISA 2004 sever with 3 network interfaces. Only 1 can have a default gateway set, this is normally the network interface pointing to the internet router (ISP). The other network card is attached to the LAN and the 3rd is a perimeter network which has a router which connects to a customer's network via a lease line - and therefore the LAN traffic has to reach the customer network via the 3rd network card. In ISA 2000 all you had to do was "route add -p 192.168.2.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.254" assuming 192.168.1.254 is the router address in the perimeter network of the sketch below. This would now route traffic to the 192.168.2.0 network via the perimeter network and not out to the internet. (As below) ------------------------------------------------------ ISP (196.x.y.z) | | ISA - 192.168.1.0 - ROUTER - 192.168.2.0 | | (10.0.0.1) LAN ------------------------------------------------------ Using the same "route add" command in ISA 2004 does NOT route the traffic to the 192.168.2.0 customer network. Has anyone got a similar scenario to work in ISA 2004? Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks in advance, Hugh -----Original Message----- From: Jim Harrison [mailto:jim@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 15 September 2004 02:55 PM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] Re: ISA 2004 http://www.ISAserver.org ISA does not support two ISP connections. But I don't want to load balance, I want to reach certain destinations via only 1 of the ISPs. Is this possible? You need to use a separate hardware or software product for that. http://ww.rainfinity.com has just such a toy.
