In fact, I went to Add/Remove Programs and added TS when it's much
easier using your method.

Good point actually - If this is your first install of Win2k3, then it
might not be clear that 2003 Server handles administrative remote
desktop differently. You no longer need to install Terminal Services,
you enable remote desktop in the "System Properties -> Remote" dialogue.
