ISA 2000 external IP strangeness

Hello. I have a friend who experiences a strange condition in his ISA 2000
setup...

Basically the network is like this, three classrooms each with a different
subnet, running through ISA 2000 as Good o'l SecureNAT clients (No
fwclient). The ISA has three network cards. Two of them are internal
networks and the third one is external -- however, the external card has
something like six public IP addresses, as aliases.

When subnet A goes through ISA to reach the boboi, the external IP that the
connection (post nat) originates from is the IP assigned to the "external"
network card. When subnet B does so, the connection originates from one of
the aliases.

What explains this behavior, and how can it be configured, if possible? I
googled a bit and even ran through my ISA 2k MCSE Training Kit book but no
dice. Any ideas what may be causing this?
