IPSEC

I want to enable IPSEC on my internal network. When I did this it worked
fine but my external network stopped responding. Upon investigation I
found that my external NIC had automatically enabled IPSEC. I tried to
disable IPSEc on the external NIC and the change effects the internal.
Any ideas how I can get this running. My internet service provider does
not support IPSEC
