Your only option in this case is to server-publish that site.
You'll need to:
1. set your Incoming Web Requests listener to operate "Per IP" and leave out
the IP where the SPR will operate
2. create a custom protocol for "HTTP Server" as
    Protocol=TCP
    Port=80
    Direction=Inbound
3. use that protocol in a server publishing rule
4. make sure the web server is SecureNAT to ISA

At present the username / password is handled by database methods. We need
the IP address passed as we also add a certain number of IP addresses to the
database as well.

The software was done by a third party so unfortunately i have no control
over this
