I am trying to set up GFI MailEssentails on a server.

Initially, I configured IIS 5.0 virtual SMTP and was able to send mails
outside but not recieve external mails. I could not telnet on port 25 from
the Internet so I installed ISA Server 2000. Now I am able to telnet on port
25 from the internet and recieve external mails. But all mails I send gets
stuck in the Queue folder in IIS.

What did I miss out?

The haggis is unusual in that it is neither consistently nocturnal nor
diurnal, but instead is active at dawn and dusk (crepuscular), with
occasional forays forth during the day and night.
