IE sometimes doesn't load pages.

Hi,
I don't even know if this is an ISA issue or not, but the only stupid
question is an unasked question.
I am running IE 6 on a SP2 Win2000 Pro system (can't load SP3 as some
programs won't work yet)
When I look at web pages and quickly click on different links or even after
viewing 3 or 4 pages IE just hangs there and very very slowly loads a page.
Eventually the page might load but some graphics are missing and the text
is quite big. Other times the browser times out and you click refresh and
the pages may or may not load.
When the browser just hangs there with the "e" spinning around you can copy
and paste the URL into a different browser window and the page loads
normally. That is quickly.
Has anyone else experienced any weird things in IE like this.
