Bingo. Some how in Manage passwords in the User Accounts of Control
Panel an entry was added for the ISA firewall. Removed that and works.

Hi John,

I've had a user or two with a similar problem.  In my case the user had
saved the credentials in the Windows Password area.  You can delete any
saved passwords via the control panel.

In windows XP it under the advanced tab on the User Accounts.
