IE proxy

Hi .. 

I am facing something strange.

My clients are firewall/ proxy with auto config script

I have a rule for Htttp / HTTps access allowed for authenticated users.

 

The problem is when I open IE, the browser tries to open the default
homepage ( ie Google in this case)

But the browser is unable to open and just times out with page not found. 

But the strange part is when I type in any url or hit refresh in the same
window, it comes up.

Its just that whenever I open IE it wont open the homepage no matter what it
is.

Here is my log, if anybody could help.
