I.E. cannot connect to Internet

We cannot connect our workstations to the Internet using IE Explorer 6.
 
Although each workstation can ping, and programs such as NewsAgent,
Tardis, etc connects, Internet Explorer cannot despite changing Internet
options. The FW client connects to the ISA server and the the only dns
is that of the Local DNS.
