IE 6 Forbidden

Hi Folks

I have upgraded IE 5.0 to IE 6.0.

Now, when I try to acess web, I receive the following error message:
"403 Forbidden - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator"
So, I refresh and the site is showed properlly.
Its occur only first time....

????
