To be honest, I haven't ever used it for chat, only as an IM client
(because of history and 'deliver when online' feature). File transfer
has never worked with any NAT, so we email files. It's really annoying,
because AIM works great for file transfer but ICQ and WM don't.

I was curious if you can chat with ICQ from an internal client behind
the Firewall with someone on the outside?

I have been trying to configure ISA, and ICQ to do this, but I am unable
to chat or file transfer.
