hello

i have a problem, when i start isa on my server it stop  browsing and while on the direct interent sharing it is working but the spped is slow we r using the downlink  from euronet wat is the problem i have no idea i installled sever two or three times but no progress. plz reply me as soon as posible  there is an error in system log "the DNS proxy agents was unable to bind to the ip address 192.168.0.1. this error may be indicate a problem with tcp/ip networking. the dats is the error code". plz tell me the solution and exact seeting of isa.
