Hi Rick, Maybe it's the same strange thing with Outlook notification messages and UDP? If so, make sure you have the Firewall client installed on the clients and that you've configured your LDT correctly. Luckily I have dual boot so I booted to Win 2000 pro, problem solved. Something in XP-Pro was stopping TFTP getting through. Hope this helps.
