I could not install the ISA2000-KB816458-x86.exe to my Windows 2000 advance server

machine running on Ms Windows 2000 advance server SP4 with just recently
update the criteria from Microsoft website + MS ISA 2000 SP1
(intergrated mode)
Firstly, it prompts me to close the process "940 svchost.exe" which
describe "GKSVC", but I could not close it.
I could only press the Cancel button, and then it said "Some of the
files cannot be updated because they are currently being used by other
applications"
Ps: I have successfully installed it to my two other servers already.
Actually, I have 3 servers which have the same configuration; they are
isolated from each other. I got the problem to my last server.
Any help, would be appreciating.
