JohnnyB, To determine whether or not the WMP files are being cached, copy cachedir.exe from the ISA Server cd-rom to the installation directory of ISA. Running cachedir.exe lets you see all the objects contained in the cache. Check and see if WMP files are saved. I know zip files and other types of objects are but haven't tried WMP. There was also a hotfix (prior to SP1) that fixed an issue with retrieving PDFs from the cache. Jason -----Original Message----- From: Johnny B.
