How to route LDAP calls through ISA Server

I have an extranet site ip address is 192.168.2.1 I need it to make LDAP
requests through my ISA server that has an External IP address of
192.168.1.1. I have a server on my internal network that will listen for
the LDAP request and its IP address is 10.0.0.1.
Can someone give me a little guidance on how to make this happen in ISA.
