I assume you are talking about traffic coming from the outside. Then what
you need to do is "as the Tiago says" create a server publishing rule to
forward port 110 to 192.168.0.21.

Hi all,
Is there a way to implement on ISA Server the following rule:

All traffic going to port 110 will be redirected to computer 192.168.0.21

If it isn´t possible is there another way to do this??
