Seems like SP1 wasn't installed, got the IT guy in that to install it and 
restart, seems to have fixed it

  Have you looked at the alerts tab under the monitor section?  I find
  some good information there as well.  Sometimes enough that it helps fix
  the problem.

  Have modified a firewall policy on the ISA 2004 server and when applying
  it fails. I look in the Event Viewer and this is displayed
