How to configure ws ftp.

We have win200 server with backoffice 2000. I configured my web server on
that with ISA server. It is my mail server also. I installed ws ftp in
that server and am able to connect to my client.
But when i tried to connect ws ftp from the workstation, am unable to
connect. It is giving an error message network subsystem failed.
Kindly send me the details how to configure the same.
