How to configure two connection in ISA 2000 or 2004

Dear All
I have a scenario of two connections for accessing internet.
1. DSL 256 for browsing and chat and other stuff.
2. Satellite 512 for all downloads
I have installed windows 2003 and ISA 2000 with 2 network card one connected
to DSL and another to Sattellite.
My scenario is to make users browse the internet normally from DSL and
configure all Downloads to be taken from satellite connection.
Can any one help me in this scenario how can I configure this in ISA Server
2000 or 2004
