How to configure ISA for Magic Online?

Magic Online has two proxy/firewall options to use it.
First: "Use proxy server settings for updates" ("ISAServer/8080)
This one works fine; I can check and receive all the updates
Second: "Use SOCKS5 for logging on to Magic Online"
I?ve try to use it with port 1080. It makes the connection but cant login.
Magic Online support says to open ports 9896 and 14000-14999.
(I had open those ports (both UDP and TCP))
Any help?
