Hi Alex,
 
There is no "Internet Radio" protocol. You can block access using two
methods:
 
1. Identify the protocols the "radio" users are using, and block that
protocol
 
2. Identify the sites the users are using, and block those sites.
 
or,
 
3. Do both.
