Subject: [isalist] How to Set up an ISA Server with a Cable Modem
Connection

http://www.ISAserver.org

I need some help in configuring ISA. My Office setup is like this. I
have
2 Domain Controllers running Windows 2000 Server. One is the Primary and
the other additional Domain controller. The Primary domain controller
has
been set as the Internal DNS server. The additional domain controller
is
connected to the internet using a Dial-Up. ISA server is installed on
this
machine. I have windows 2000, windows XP and Linux clients. The linux
clients use the web proxy service on ISA. The windows machines have
Firewall client installed on them. We have an SMTP/POP3 server located
on
the internet which we use to send mails.

Now, I have got a cable modem connection with an IP address and I would
like to know how to configure this in ISA server. ( this will be used in
windows machines with firewall client )

Also dialup connection I would like to use for linux clients as they use
the web proxy service on ISA.

I need to block attachments send out using outlook express to the mail
server which is located in the internet.

Can u please help me in this regard as this is very important to my
organization. It would be helpful if u can provide a detailed document
on
doing this.
