Create a protocol Defintion both inbound and outbound (2 total defintions)
that allows traffic through port 1352. On the secondary
connection(inbound and outbound, TCP) allow traffic between port 1352 and
65535. Ensure that these defintions are selected under Protocol Rules as
well. Notes uses 1352 and higher when talking to Domino servers. This
works in my organzation.

I have tried to swap the remote/local values, still not working, second =
try is remote/local port all set to 1352, also not working.
