Is thee at least a way to 'export' the rules and such, them re-import
them AFTER a restore?

Personal experience leans over, taps you on the shoulder, and says
'nope.'

I hoped it worked that way meself, and you know what? It didn't.

Can somebody shed some light on the backup/restore process of ISA? If I
back up my current ISA server, and then install Win2k Server and ISA
Std. on
a completely different box, can I just restore the config to that box,
and
its an instant-swappable firewall? Is there anything more to it than
that?

Providing of course I set up the same NIC config in the 2nd machine...

Thanks.
