How do I get DialPad to go thru.

Have a client who wants to run DialPad. http://www.dialpad.com/

Had him bring his computer to the office and connect striaght out with a
static public IP and it worked fine.
When he goes home and connect through ISA it fails.
What do I have to do to allow him to use this application.
