How can I solve IPNATHLP conflict.

I had a W2K Server running DNS, Routing and Remote Access, and Isa Server,
everything configured right, but when I restart the machine an error
appear: IPNATHLP, saying that I have a conflict running the routing
service and the isa server, cause isa server run in the kernel mode and it
blocks the ip routing . So I´m having problems sending mails. How can I
solve it?
