Hi William, The most likely reason for this is that the connection isn't idle for 5 minute. Do a packet trace on the interface and I bet you'll find outgoing packets. It connect fine, the problem is it doesn't hang up when the firewall client(s) logs out. I have configured within "dial-up networking" on the Server to disconnect after 5 mins. of idle time, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a way in ISA management to set disconnect timeouts after the users log off or if idle for "x" minutes. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter!
