Hi Jim
It was a local connection. The problem being it creates the user then
gives the error.

Allowing dial-in permissions requires that ISA have the ability to
create a user with RAS rights in the domain / local SAM. Were you making
a local or remote VPN connection?

Hi all
The enclosed jpeg is a screen dump of the error I get while trying to
setup a vpn connection. Dial in is allowed. Could it be dcom config?
It's certainly not permissions. Steve Moffat Senior Support Analyst
