Help Setting Up a DMZ

Hi folk,
I'm thinking of implementing a DMZ and I need some help as to
direction or actual Ideas to play with..
My scenario so far
Web Server, Mail Server and Streaming Audio Server are on 256Kb Frame Relay
with ISP appointed fix IP's 200.50.?.?
My LAN is on 768KB DSL with ppp assign IP(varies)
behind ISA server sits Exchange and SQL
can anyone help with what type of DMZ I should implement
and give actual ideas or point me to a url with cases
such as mine or send me a visio diagram.. any help will
be muchly appreciated.
