Check your WEBEXT logs for those requests.
It may be that they're using a non-standard SSL port (many banks do this).

http://www.isatools.org/ssl_tpr_add.vbs can help if this is the case.

We got employees, who wants to do online transactions/banking (for
customers), and they are using https://www2.<XXXXXXx>.com

Here is the problem, all clients are Web Clients now, they can log in,
but when they want to use menus/tabs from the website, they never get
through that menus.

What I'm missing here?
