Hi Paul

ISA in cache mode is exactly what it says, it is only a cache of web
pages visited. You want to set it up in integrated mode if you want to
have controlled internet access through it.

I would recommend buying Tom Shinders book as ISA is not a toy and can
be very complicated for someone new to it.
