HTTP Redirector filter not there?!

Hello All,
Trying to setup ISA server as a transparent proxy. I'm looking at placing
it inside of our firewall and configuring it as the default gateway to the
Internet. The aim is that I can grant Internet access using ISA , the ISA
box then handles the connection through the firewall.
I'm trying to follow the instructions at
http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/tutorials/block_clients_web.htm, however I
don't an "application filters" node, just "web filters"
