Help me please!

I have a server with the ISA Server and the IIS installed and a job of my
internal network needs to make upload of pictures, by FTP, that will be
shown in the page in regular intervals of 10 seconds, when it is executed
one refresh by < META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="10" >. This upload is
being executed correctly, however if I
qualify the HTTP Caching, the same picture has shown always that refresh
occurs. I Already tried to justify the content expiration, through the
Snap-In of the Internet Information Services, but I did not get resulted.
I would like to be able to use the HTTP Caching, but due to this problem I
am disabled. Anybody has some tip about how can I justify the TTL of the
page to the same one expire immediately, or how can I configure the ISA
don´t do HTTP Caching of content from my server? Any help is coming well.

Thanks a lot.
