HTTP Attachment Blocking of Exchange ActiveSync and RPC over HTTPS

Is it possible to use ISA to do the following below tasks? Perhaps with the
HTTP Filter, by blocking the extension? I'm thinking about trying the
following method: Right click your EAS rule, choose HTTP Filter 'Configure
HTTP', and then click the Extensions tab. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
ISA 2004's ability to:
Attachment blocking in RPC over HTTPs
Attachment blocking in exchange active Sync
