Where are you trying to hit it from...workstation?

Do you have an HTTPS allow rule?

I assume you are using ISA 2004.  Thus, I wonder what the difference is?

I mean, I even setup a Rule to allow ALL Protocols from Internal to
External and from Local Host to External.  I haven't changed anything
from the default installation.  I have installed ISA SP1 and teh
Exchange Filter update.

Any ideas?
