Thanks for the follow-up David.

Not at any one personally, but it seems maybe we need to create a
minimum requirements check list before installing ISA, or even Exchange
or what ever.

A list of things or reading that needs to be done at a minimum before
installing. What I am seeing is that many people will not or do not take
the time to review or research what they are about to do. (What ever the
reason may be.) They just dive in and then try to figure out problems
later.
