Subject: [isalist] GfI Download Security - Auto Update of virus
definition files

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi..

I periodically get the following emails from our ISA server with GFI
Download Security installed:

1: "BitDefender files was successfully downloaded. But a failure occured
when updating local engine files."
2: "Norman files was successfully downloaded. But a failure occured when
updating local engine files."

An article at GFI KB
(http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001495)
says to solve this problem, one has to manually update the virus
definition
files. But thats not possible?! I cannot update every two hours the
virus
defintion files manually... In this case I would do nothing else ;-))

Did anybody had the same problems with GFI and solved the problems
differently?
