Getting Started with ISA 2004

Hello everyone--
I've been a big fan of ISA 2000 for several months now, and have been
eagerly awaiting the final release of ISA 2004. I finally got my new CD
a couple of days ago. But Dr. Tom's book isn't out yet! And ISA 2004 is
soooo different than ISA 2000, at least the front end is.
The "Getting Started Guide" that comes with the product seems less than
ideal. Any recommendations for getting going with 2004? I've got the
software installed but now hardly know where to start.
