If the users are connecting to ISA via RRAS services on the ISA itself, they
can't be SecureNAT.
They'll need to use the FW client.

  Jim,

My users are getting an internal IP and the default gateway is set to my
server IP, DHCP controls the leasing of IP addresses.

The internet and internal resources work fine but no External pop mails work.

There are dialing in to the server but ISA controls their web access & mail
access.

  Thanks for your assistance.

  With Kind Regards,

  Khan

What IP settings do the dial-in clients get?

They have to use the ISA internal IP as their default gateway to be SNAT
clients.

If they're dialing in to the ISA itself, it won't happen.

    Hi There,

I have a problem whereby I would like my users to be able to access
external mails via a dialup access through my ISA Firewall using SNAT clients.
These clients can access internet & internal mails but not External Mails.

My regular clients within office can do all three. What do I need to
enable in Outlook so that when users dial into the server they would be able to
have access to send and receive external mails.

    Thanks!

    With Kind Regards,

    Khan
