Hi Richard

1. did you run the wizard to allow the packet filters. If not do so.
2. Make sure the interfaces are set to pptp, otherwise they wont
authenticate.
3. The remote VPN peer simply recognizes the connection, and initiates
the appropriate initialization of the local interface when the peer
supplies a username (under login credentials) that matches the name of
the local interface.
4. One is passive, that is no credentials, although you do need the
username setup on both servers. And dial in access allowed.
5. The dialing server has all the credentials, usermame, password,
domain your connecting to.
6. The dialing server connection is set to permanent, never hang up,
redial 9999 times, the passive is set to demand dial, never hang up
redial 9999 times.

That should get then connecting.

HTH

Steve
