No, Gfi WebMonitor3 is Web Plug-in for ISA server and it is serving
WebMonitor GUI from ISA's web proxy directly.
When you enter http://monitor.isa and your browser is configured to use ISA
proxy directly,
Gfi WebMonitor ISA plugin will catch this request before dns resolving and
it will return html pages of WM3 so you dont need any additional server or
port open other then listening ISA's proxy port.
