Sounds like you need to connect with their proxy admin.

Do you know for a fact that the request is actually initiated without the
"/httpserver/default.html" path?

Greg,

On the server hosting www.randolphfss.com <http://www.randolphfss.com/> ,
have you checked the default document list? Is default.asp at the top of
that list? If not, try moving it to the top of the list and see if that
addresses the issue.

We are receiving the above from users sitting behind a Bluecoat proxy system
on a .mil. The users are trying to hit: www.randolphfss.com
<http://www.randolphfss.com/> . The Bluecoat sends HTTP:Request, GET
/HTTPServer/Default.html. Of course, our server replies with a 404 error:
Http: Response, HTTP/1.1, Status: Not found, URL: /HTTPServer/Default.html.
Should the user hit: www.randolphfss.com/default.asp -- no problem.

Other users, not on this particular .mil network, have no problem hitting
the machine.

We have no control of the Bluecoat - strictly ISA on our commercial network.

Has anyone seen this problem?

TIA

Greg
