Web Proxy Clients, no, unless the ISA client is installed on the end user's
PC, then we tell IE to use the NetBIOS name of the proxy server and port 8080
for all proxy'd issues. We do not check automatic discovery for them. When
the client is installed, then that is all set to automatic.
